rail transit from any of the mid-Atlantic states. Mobile repairs
are provided on a 24-hour emergency response basis within a 250
mile radius of our Wilmington facility. |

personnel, including AAR Tank Car certified crews. The company
operates according to standard M-1002 specifications for tank
cars and has received its M-1003 QA certification. |
